Thank you very much for amazing time here! Its right place for sightseeing and exploring Seminyak. Pretty friendly people are working there. The property has a marvellous and particularly good location, just off Seminyak as well as down a side street so nice. Sunset Road district deserves to be explored.

The location was favourable; loved being near Bintang Supermarket.

A lot of goodies for breakfast. Extremely helpful staff, spotless double room. Marvellous location in the middle of jackson with views of the Indian ocean and the long stretch of nearby beach.

Great location - not very far from Magali Pascal. Set really close to restaurants and things and the centre of Seminyak and the beach in the peaceful area;))

The property was in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of coffee shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I really appreciated having access to a kitchen for simple meals. The hosts were extremely helpful and maintained the property well.

There was no reception upon arrival, which was a bit frustrating. However, the host was quick to respond to messages and provide assistance when needed.

The location is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful elevated view of the Indian ocean and a long stretch of nearby beach. The peaceful atmosphere allows you to truly connect with nature, hearing the birds, trees, insects, and waves. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is clean, modern, and comfortable with good air conditioning. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, a mini mart, and easy access to the beach.

Felt very cared for, nothing too much trouble.

I always stay at this place. I love it because it feels like home. The staff found my lost ring last time. Free Wi-Fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and no smoking. Can't wait to come back for New Year.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect, as it was in the heart of Seminyak and close to some amazing restaurants. It was also just a short and easy walk to the beach, which was so convenient. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and modern rooms that felt brand new. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big and comfy bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. this hotel provided a fantastic experience.

I had such a great stay at this hidden gem in Seminyak. The room was hotel quality - incredibly clean, fresh, and comfortable. I loved the well-equipped kitchen and the friendly dog that greeted me. The location was perfect, with plenty of great places to eat and explore nearby. Arini, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She even helped me with an early check-in and storing my bags. I can't imagine finding better value for money anywhere else in Seminyak. I will definitely be back!

Wow, what a location! Close to all the hotspots and attractions. The room was spotless and cozy. The owners were so helpful. Plus, I didn't have to go anywhere to rent a bike or hire a car. They had it all covered.

I recently stayed at Kubu De Uma for 3 nights and it was a fantastic find in the heart of Seminyak. The rooms were hotel quality - really clean, fresh, and comfortable. Arini, the host, was brilliant, accommodating an early check-in and storing our bags numerous times. The location is very central, with a beautiful elevated view of the Indian ocean and a short 15-minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and the value for money is unbeatable. This was our second time staying and we hope to be back soon!

Clean, modern room with comfortable bed. Good location, close to beach, restaurants, and mini mart. Helpful hosts and organized airport transfer. Only suggestions: add a fridge and a plug near the desk.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated in a vibrant area, surrounded by an abundance of delicious restaurants and cafes. You can easily walk to the beach, which is just a short distance away. The property is right in the heart of the city, providing easy access to all the attractions.

The noise from the road can be a bit bothersome, especially if you are a light sleeper. The room facing the road can be quite noisy, especially during the night when the engine noise from passing vehicles can disrupt your sleep.
